Policy Statement
At RVM Studio, we are committed to providing transparent and fair policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients. We strive to deliver exceptional service and high-quality visual content tailored to meet your needs.
Terms & Conditions
Travel Policy:
- No extra charge for travel within a 30 KM radius from Brisbane City, Queensland 4000 as determined by Google Maps.
- For locations outside the 30 KM range, a fee of $0.85 per additional kilometre will apply.
Videography Services:
- Scriptwriting services are available at an additional cost of $1 per word.
- Voice-over services will incur a separate charge based on the script length and requirements.
Extra Requests:
- Extra picture requests outside of the specified package quantity will cost $15.99 per image.
- Any videography output duration requests outside of the package specified duration of the highlight video will attract an $89.30/hour charge in production costs.
Booking and Payments:
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the event.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule their booking up to 7 days before the event without penalty, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling within 7 days of the event will incur a rescheduling fee of $100.
Deliverables:
- Photography packages include the specified number of lightly edited and fully edited pictures, as outlined in the package details.
- Videography packages will include the final edited video content as specified in the package details.
Consent to Photography and Videography:
- It is the client’s responsibility to obtain the necessary consent from all patrons or attendees before work commences.
- The event organizer must communicate acceptance of consent or any specific requirements to RVM Studio before shooting begins.
Rights and Usage:
- RVM Studio retains the copyright for all photographs and videos produced.
- Clients are granted a license for personal and commercial use of the delivered content.
Liability:
- RVM Studio will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of our equipment and the quality of our services.
- In the unlikely event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, RVM Studio’s liability is limited to the cost of the package purchased.
